| schools always suspend both kids. usually the bully gets a harsher sentence than the kid who defended himself though  I think both parties are suspended because of the actual fighting and probably to let the situation diffuse a bit. I hope the kid's parents treated him to something special for not only defending himself but for being so calm |

It even says he's been bullied for years, and that principal must be a real prick, the poor guy was just fed up with the bullies >:[ But Drooly has a point, that's normally the way it works. It must suck getting that on your permanent record though, just because you were defending yourself. And WTF, the bully was in 7th grade and the fat guy was in 10th!! I would've knocked his ass a long time ago. >:[ Respect your elders kids.  |

| it's always how schools are, they suspend you once you throw a fist. it doesn't matter who started it or what the reasons are. and at my high school, usually you get arrested right away no matter what once there's a fist thrown and then you get suspended.
