| I'm headed back to Chicago for a swim in September. I saw this ice cream shop at a friend's house on television. How would you like to choose ice cream, yogurt or sorbet, choose your ingredients, choose your toppings and then have them flash freeze your dessert using liquid nitrogen while you wait? Cool, huh?

| Yep, I am going to participate in the 20th Annual Chicago Masters Big Shoulders 5K Open Water Swim. It will be the third time for me to swim in this event and I watched it a couple other times. You should come out and watch. |
